How to Identify the Voice of God

      The Lord Jesus has already returned and has a new name. He is Almighty God. The Word Appears in the Flesh expressed by Almighty God is the voice of the bridegroom. Yet many brothers and sisters are still unable to discern the voice of God. Today we have invited the preachers from the Church of Almighty God to fellowship with us about how to identify the voice of God. So we’ll know how to ascertain that Almighty God is the return of the Lord Jesus.

Answer: 

 This question is of the utmost importance. To accept God’s work of the last days and behold the appearance of God, we must know how to identify the voice of God. In fact, identifying the voice of God means recognizing the words and utterances of God and recognizing the characteristics of the Creator’s words. Regardless of whether they are the words of God become flesh, or the utterances of the Spirit of God, they are all words spoken by God to mankind from up high. Such are the tone and characteristics of God’s words. The authority and identity of God are clearly manifested. It can also be said the unique means by which the Creator speaks. God’s utterances each time He becomes flesh surely cover many areas. They primarily relate to God’s requirements and admonitions of man, the words of God’s administrative decrees and commandments. His words of judgment and chastisement, and His revelation of corrupt mankind. There are also words of prophecies and God’s promises to mankind and so on. These words are all the expression of the truth, the way, and the life. They are all the revelation of the substance of God’s life. They represent God’s disposition and all that God has and is. Man is able to see from the words expressed by God that God’s words are the truth, and they have authority, and power. Thus, if you wish to determine whether the words expressed by Almighty God are the voice of God, you can look at the words of the Lord Jesus and the words of Almighty God. You can compare them, and see whether they are the words expressed by one Spirit, and whether they are the work done by one God. If their source is the same, then this proves that Almighty God’s words are God’s utterances, and that Almighty God is the appearance of God. Let us look at the words spoken by Jehovah during the Age of Law, and the words of Jesus in the Age of Grace. They were both the direct expression of the Holy Spirit, and, moreover, were the work of one God. This proves that the Lord Jesus was the appearance of Jehovah, the appearance of the Creator. God’s sheep hear His voice. When it comes to how to specifically identify the voice of God, all will become clear if we look at the words of the Lord Jesus. Those who have read the Bible all know that in the words expressed by the Lord Jesus during the Age of Grace, there were words of admonitions, words of God’s requirements of man, and words that touched upon God’s administrative decrees. There are words of many prophecies and promises too. These words were one complete stage of work carried out by God during the Age of Grace.

Some words of the Almighty God, about Jesus's return

     It is written, “He shall so come in like manner as you have seen him go into heaven.” When the Lord comes back, He should come on the white cloud. How can He be incarnated again?

The answer from God’s word:

“Since Jesus departed, the disciples who followed Him, and all of the saints who were saved thanks to His name, have been desperately pining for Him and awaiting Him. All those who were saved by the grace of Jesus Christ during the Age of Grace have been longing for that joyful day during the last days, when Jesus the Savior arrives on a white cloud and appears among man. Of course, this is also the collective wish of all those who accept the name of Jesus the Savior today. Throughout the universe, all those who know of the salvation of Jesus the Savior have been desperately yearning for the sudden arrival of Jesus Christ, to fulfill the words of Jesus when on earth: ‘I shall arrive just as I departed.’ Man believes that, following the crucifixion and resurrection, Jesus went back to heaven upon a white cloud, and took His place at the Most High’s right hand. Similarly, man conceives that Jesus shall descend, again upon a white cloud (this cloud refers to the cloud that Jesus rode upon when He returned to heaven), among those who have desperately yearned for Him for thousands of years, and that He shall bear the image and clothes of the Jews. After appearing to man, He shall bestow food upon them, and cause living water to gush forth for them, and shall live among man, full of grace and love, living and real. And so on. Yet Jesus the Savior did not do this; He did the opposite of what man conceived. He did not arrive among those who had yearned for His return, and did not appear to all men while riding upon the white cloud. He has already arrived, but man does not know Him, and remains ignorant of His arrival. Man is only aimlessly awaiting Him, unaware that He has already descended upon a white cloud (the cloud which is His Spirit, His words, and His entire disposition and all that He is), and is now among a group of overcomers that He will make during the last days.”

       How do you view the Church of Almighty God today? How do you understand the Church of Almighty God? Many people don’t understand the Church of Almighty God, and some still believe the rumors of the CCP and the religious world. “If anyone doesn’t believe in Almighty God when asked to do so, his ears will be cut off, his eyes gouged out, and his nose cut off.” Do you believe that or not? Have you ever seen anyone with their noses cut off or eyes gouged out? Do such people exist? There are none on the Chinese mainland, none in Taiwan, none in Korea. In all the places where the Church of Almighty God works to spread the gospel, is there a single example? No. So why does the Communist Party blindly fabricate such rumors? What are the Communists? Murderous devils who kill without blinking an eye! They will fabricate any rumor, there is no rumor they won’t fabricate and no lie they won’t tell. What are devils? Those who lie are devils. The Church of Almighty God spreads the gospel and testifies God, and they don’t make any money, they offer themselves completely and spend for God, they are happy to spend for God, and they cast aside everything to perform their duties. Some say, “I’ve seen it, so I believe!” When I hear that, my response is, “Good, because you can still believe, you still have some sense.” But some people don’t believe the words of Almighty God, and they don’t believe the testimony of the Church of Almighty God. Who do they believe? They believe the CCP. They say, “The CCP is a party in power, how could a party in power spread nonsense?” But the truth is that parties in power spread the most nonsense, isn’t it? Is there one party in power in the world today that doesn’t spread nonsense? There are none, that’s right. Parties in power spread nonsense, more than ordinary people. This is my personal opinion, but is it not also a fact? So if someone believes the rumors and lies spread by the CCP, what’s wrong? If a man doesn’t believe the word of God, but instead believes the word of Satan, the problem is that he has too little faith. His faith is tainted. And if he doesn’t believe in the Church of Almighty God, his problem is even more serious! He sees the people of the Church of Almighty God leave their families and careers and cast aside everything to suffer for God, serve God, and testify God, all the while not earning a penny, and he still doesn’t believe.

1. The Symbol of God’s Disposition

God’s disposition encompasses His love for mankind (His love for mankind),

comforting of mankind, hatred of mankind,

and even more so, a thorough understanding of mankind.

The disposition of God is one that belongs to the Ruler of the living beings among all things,

to the Lord of all creation.

God’s disposition represents honor, power, nobility,

represents greatness, and supremacy (supremacy).

God’s disposition is the symbol of authority and all that is righteous,

the symbol of all that is beautiful and good.

Moreover, it is a symbol of how God cannot be suppressed or attacked by the darkness and any enemy force,

as well as a symbol of how He cannot be and indeed is not allowed to be offended by any created being.

God’s disposition is the symbol of the highest power.

No person or persons

may or can disturb His work or His disposition.

God is forever supreme and ever honorable,

while man is forever low and ever worthless.

This is because God is forever making sacrifices and devoting Himself to mankind;

man, however, forever takes and labors only for himself.

God is forever laboring for the existence of mankind,

laboring for the existence of mankind,

yet man never contributes anything to the light or righteousness.

Even if man labors for a time, it is weak and cannot withstand the slightest blow,

for the labor of man is always for himself and not for others.

Man is always selfish,

while God is forever selfless.

God is the source of all that is just, good, and beautiful,

while man is the successor and expresser of all ugliness and evil.

God will never alter His substance of righteousness and beauty,

yet man can, at any time, betray righteousness and stray far from God.

Knowledge of God relies not upon experience nor imagination. These must never be imposed upon God. For no matter how rich human experience and fancy are, they're limited, they are not fact nor truth, being also incompatible with God's real disposition, being also inconsistent with God's real substance. God's righteous disposition is His own true substance; it's not dictated by man, nor akin to His creation. God is God after all, He is never a part of His own creation. Even if He joins in, His disposition, essence won't change, won't change.

 The truth Almighty God expresses is indeed much higher than that of the Age of Grace. How can you prove that the work in the last days and the work in the Age of Grace are done by one God?

The answer from God’s word:

“After the work of Jehovah, Jesus became flesh to do His work amongst man. His work was not carried out in isolation, but built upon the work of Jehovah. It was work for a new age after God had concluded the Age of Law. Similarly, after the work of Jesus ended, God still continued His work for the next age, because the entire management of God is always progressing forward. When the old age passes, it will be replaced by a new age, and once the old work has been completed, a new work will continue the management of God. This incarnation is God’s second incarnation following the completion of Jesus’ work. Of course, this incarnation does not occur independently, but is the third stage of work after the Age of Law and the Age of Grace. Each new stage of God’s work always brings a new beginning and a new age. So too are there corresponding changes in the disposition of God, in His way of working, in the location of His work, and in His name. No wonder, then, that it is difficult for man to accept the work of God in the new age. But regardless of how He is opposed by man, God is always doing His work, and is always leading the whole of mankind forward. When Jesus came into the world of man, He brought the Age of Grace and ended the Age of Law. During the last days, God once more became flesh, and when He became flesh this time, He ended the Age of Grace and brought the Age of Kingdom. All those who accept the second incarnation of God will be led into the Age of Kingdom, and be able to personally accept the guidance of God. Though Jesus did much work among man, He only completed the redemption of all mankind and became man’s sin offering, and did not rid man of all his corrupt disposition. Fully saving man from the influence of Satan not only required Jesus to take on the sins of man as the sin offering, but also required God to do greater work to completely rid man of his disposition, which has been corrupted by Satan. And so, after man was forgiven his sins, God has returned to flesh to lead man into the new age, and begun the work of chastisement and judgment, and this work has brought man into a higher realm. All those who submit under His dominion shall enjoy higher truth and receive greater blessings. They shall truly live in the light, and shall gain the truth, the way, and the life.”
